OUR STORY

Pasta Per Favore was born from two lifetimes spent in Italian kitchens. Our co-founders share a lifelong devotion to Italian cooking — one ran acclaimed Italian restaurants across Los Angeles before bringing that craft to Kansas City, and the other was born and raised in Italy, where pasta isn't a recipe. It's a birthright.

Together, more than fifty years of experience go into every bowl: dough rolled fresh each morning, sauces simmered for hours, and a menu built your way.
